Community Rules

Monumentas is a shared, permanent canvas. Every space on it is visible to every visitor, forever. These rules exist to keep it a place people are actually glad to be part of. Buying a space does not exempt it from these rules.

Not allowed

• Illegal content of any kind, or content promoting illegal activity.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content attacking people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or anything similar.
• Harassment, threats, or content targeting a specific person or group.
• Sexually explicit content, or graphic violence.
• Malware, phishing links, scams, or links designed to deceive visitors.
• Spam, or content whose only purpose is to game the display, for example flooding the canvas with repeated, near identical images.
• Impersonating another person, brand, or organization without authorization.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

Our responsibility, and yours

Every image and link on Monumentas is chosen and uploaded by the user who owns that space. We do not create, review in advance, endorse, or take responsibility for any image or link that a user uploads or displays. You are fully responsible for what you place on your space, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

Enforcement

If a space violates these rules, we may remove, hide, or erase its image and links at any time, without notice, and without a refund. The reserved area itself stays yours, and only what is displayed is cleared. If someone repeatedly or seriously breaks these rules, we may go further and deactivate or permanently delete their account. A deleted account can no longer sign in or buy spaces, and the spaces it owned are released. We do not give refunds in any of these cases.

Reporting a space

If you see something that should not be there, click on the space and use the Report option, or message us on Instagram at @mrquaetfaslem with a description of where it is on the cube.

Appeals

If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, contact us on Instagram at @mrquaetfaslem and we will review it.
